SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through:

SupGym is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.


WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

SupGym delivers to all over the world.
We ship worldwide via secured and express Curriers.
SupGym orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM). For security reasons, SupGym will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.


SHIPPING COSTS

SupGym offers free shipping on all orders.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will be shipped 1 - 3 days after purchase.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.


SHIPPING TIMES

Maximum Shipping Time is 10 Days, but the times may vary according to the customer's delivery location.

 

DELAYS

SupGym is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, SupGym is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

 

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

 

WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

SupGym will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

 

SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

SupGym recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. SupGym is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.


SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which SupGym makes the product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company.

 

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made.

Any cancellation made after an order has been placed will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the Total Price regardless of the time the order has been placed (even if it is just a second later) as the merchant processor/credit card charges us a fee for cancellations.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
