Personal information we collect:
Personal Information means information about an identifiable individual and includes any information that can be used to identify an individual, either alone or in combination with other information.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about how you interact with the Site, including what sections of the Site you visit, the length of your visits to certain pages, the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and page interaction information such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information”. See Cookies and Other Technologies below for more detail on how we collect and use Device Information.
Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, account names, email address, and phone number. Where you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site while connecting a social media account via social login, we may also collect your social media username. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. Although you may enter credit card information at the time of purchase including the credit card number, CVV, and cardholder name, that information is sent directly to Shopify and isn’t stored or retained by SupGym. We do retain a transaction record and a digital token that validates that the payment was successfully processed. If you pay through PayPal, we collect your PayPal username but do not collect or retain any other billing details. If you pay through either Apple Pay or Google Pay, we retain a digital token that authorizes the requested payment to go through, but do not collect or retain any other billing details.
We may also collect the information you provide when you voluntarily share information about yourself with us, for instance if you interact with us on social media, contact our customer service team for support, or provide user comments, feedback, or suggestions through online or offline channels.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with promotional information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We may use your personal information to send you marketing emails that we think may be of interest to you. We will obtain your express consent prior to sending marketing emails. You have the right to unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time. You can unsubscribe from our marketing e-mails by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of an email, or by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 7 business days to process your request. If you choose to unsubscribe from marketing emails, you may still receive other emails from us including emails regarding your orders, any email communications required by law, and email responses from our customer service team if you have contacted them.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). Additional use cases of Device Information may include detection of bots and spam prevention.

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Google Analytics provides us with information about the user journey through the Site. Your information itself is anonymized, but we use Google Analytics to see where people are coming from when they first arrive at the Site, how long they view pages, and what they click on. This data is generally unidentifiable and cannot be associated with you. It also allows us to use ad networks allow us to display ads to people who have visited the Site in the past.

Sharing your personal information
In order for SupGym to fulfill the purposes described above at ‘How we use your Personal Information’, we sometimes need help from third party service providers. We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers who help us to:
- Host Site data;
- Design, administer, maintain and improve our Site;
- Provide customer service support;
- Process your purchases and payments, including those made on the Site;
- Assist us with promotional and marketing initiatives.

We may also transfer or assign your personal information to third parties because of, or in connection with a sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of assets, reorganization, or liquidation.
We will not trade, rent, or sell your Personal Information to third parties.
Links to other websites
When you make payments for products on the Site, you will be providing your payment information directly to Shopify. Any payment information that you submit will be sent to Shopify directly without our involvement.
At times, our site may feature links to external websites, such as our social media pages on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn (collectively, the “Social Networks”) Any collection, use, and management of personal information by the Social Networks are governed by their respective privacy policies and terms. We recommend you carefully review their privacy policies and terms, as SupGym is not responsible for the Social Networks.
Keeping your personal information safe
The security of your personal information is important to us. We employ reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized use, access, disclosure, alteration, destruction or loss.
Where we uses third party service providers, we require such service providers to use similar safeguards to those used by us, and also require service providers to limit access to your personal information and to keep it strictly confidential. Service providers are only permitted to use your personal information for the sole purpose of carrying out services on our behalf.
SupGym will only retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes identified above or as otherwise required by law, and we will securely destroy any information that is no longer needed. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records for 3 years or as otherwise required by law.
You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site.
You have rights regarding the processing of your Personal Information, based on your jurisdiction of residence, and we will respect the choices you make.
For all users
To access your Personal Information controlled by us, you may contact us by email at info. We will let you know what personal information SupGym has about you, what it is being used for, and with whom it has been shared. We will also provide you with access to such Personal Information within 30 days of your request unless we are prohibited to do so (for example, if providing access would compromise the privacy of a third person, would disclose information subject to solicitor-client privilege, or if the disclosure would be subject to any other legal restriction). If we cannot provide access, we will explain why. If you notice any inaccuracies or wish to update any part of your personal information, we will update or correct your information without due delay.
For California residents
If you are a resident of California, we will provide you with the following additional rights:
- Where we provide you access to your Personal Information as described above, we will provide it in an electronic format that is easy to use and that would allow you to transmit it easily to another entity.
- If you request, we will delete any of your Personal Information held by us within 45 days of receiving the request
